Hall Rules & Conditions of Use

• Rotorua Badminton Club reserves the right to cancel bookings without notice for misuse of the booking system, the hall, or any club property.
• Bookings may be cancelled and refunded if they conflict with a tournament or club event.
• Playing on unlit courts, or allowing others to play on unlit courts, may result in your access being cancelled.
• Dogs are not permitted anywhere on the premises. Certified assistance/support dogs are permitted in the viewing area only and must not enter the court or playing areas.
• The venue accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage while using the hall.
• Under no circumstances are pickleball lines to be laid out or marked on the badminton courts, except by authorised persons specifically designated by the club for an approved pickleball event or tournament.

Court Hire Rates (From 1 April 2026)

Annual Membership (24/7 Access, $50 p/a)

• Peak: $15.00 per court, per hour
• Off‑Peak: $12.50 per court, per hour

Casual Users (6:00am–11:00pm)

• Peak: $25.00 per court, per hour
• Off‑Peak: $22.50 per court, per hour

Peak Times

• Weekdays: 4:00pm–10:00pm
• Weekends: 8:00am–10:00pm Off‑Peak: All other times.

Court hire fees may be updated at any AGM or SGM of Rotorua Badminton Club.
