Club Terms & Conditions of Membership

I agree to abide by the Code of Conduct for Te Mata Tennis Club.  

I agree to always behave in a sportsmanship manner and that I will not partake in any behaviour that will reflect badly on Te Mata Tennis Club (i.e. excess alcohol or illegal substances).

I agree to receive electronic messages and newsletters from Te Mata Tennis Club.

Intended purpose and use of data:  I agree that Te Mata Tennis Club can collect, hold and use my personal information on the Application for Membership Form (and any updated or additional personal information Te Mata Tennis Club obtains from me whilst a member including any photo or image of me) for the following purposes.

1. Publishing match results (Club and representative) and media information about tennis.

2. Providing me with information and activities relating to my Club, and other tennis matters.

3. Enabling my Club, Te Mata Tennis Club to comply with any statute, regulation, by-law or other regulatory instrument that requires collection or disclosure of my personal information.

Use, Security and Access: I understand that my personal information will only be used for the purposes listed and that my personal information will be held securely.

I understand that I will have access to my personal information and that I can correct it on request to my club secretary.

I agree to read all information within the Club Info tab of the Te Mata Tennis Club website, https://www.sporty.co.nz/tematatennisclub/club-info/club-information, that includes club values, general guidelines, court hours and court rules.
